Chillin’ Under the Rainbow - A Soft Pride Picnic

Hey! This Saturday, June 26th from 10 AM - 3 PM Compton G.IRLS Club will be having a very special Pride celebration for teens and youth that fall on the LGBTQ+ spectrum.

🌈Chillin' Under the Rainbow is a Pride picnic for those who'd like to chill and vibe with other girls/ femmes/nonbinary folks from neighborhoods like theirs. Allies are also welcome.

Demonstrations will be led by members of the LGBTQ+ community and/ or STRONG allies.

There will be a plant demonstration led by @theplantplugla 🌱

A food plating demonstration led by @callforagoodthyme 🍽
⠀
Sound Bath and Meditation led by @brittanychenise 🧘🏿‍♀️

Tie Dye, Scrapbooking, Polaroids, Lunch (with vegan options) 🎨

Everything is FREE of course! We will also have transportation from our office at @colorcompton

We are also looking for parent volunteers or chaperones. MUST be OK working with and being around LGBTQ+ youth and community.
