Our Programs

Our interactive workshop classes, which affirm our culture, are led by mentors and teachers who reflect our girls' backgrounds. We aim to foster curiosity and encourage youth to become well-rounded and informed.

Compton G.IRLS Club

This is our flagship program that empcompasses all of our pillars. Workshops and experiences focus on a 3 of our focuses:

  • Mental and Physical Wellness

  • Youth Development

  • Arts & Culture

Classes and workshops are often led by BIPOC women and/or gender non conforming mentors that mirror our youths backgrounds.

Programs are open to ALL girls and gender nonconforming youth from 6th - 12th grade.

Cyber G.IRL

Cyber G.IRL is our Anthem Award winning 8-week coding camp introducing girls+ to

Together our girls create a digital magazine together where they organically learn about the working world. Members must work together to meet deadlines, create deliverables and a finished product that is peer published.

In My Diaper Bag

"In My Diaper Bag" is a unique series addressing Infant and Mother mortality rates among Black Teens and Young mothers. Through engaging discovery sessions with partners like Planned Parenthood, Psyches of Color, and Head Start, we provide access to essential resources and support that these moms would not have otherwise.

We build a community where young mothers support each other and connect through shared experiences. The series ends with a community baby shower celebrating their pregnancies.

G.IRL Scout Troop

This is a full service Official G.IRL Scout Troop bult for our younger members.

We believe in the G.IRL Scout experience and curriculum to build empowered leaders.

Girl Scout programs typically come with high costs, we cover ALL associated costs including uniforms, insignia, and experiences.
