Join us Saturday April 27th for a plant dying workshop with Blue Hour traveling ApoTEAcary.

In this class with Maria Fernanda of Blue Hour Goods out of her traveling tea truck you will:

Learn a world of knowledge on herbalism & how to turn your food scraps & other herbs into beautiful pigments

Fabric preparation & mordanting techniques

Creation of a unique bundled dyed bandana silk scarf

Indulge in some light snacks & refreshing iced tea made with some of the same herbs we dye with!

_________________________________

She stumbled into the world of herbalism purely by accident. After studying Political Science and Technology Management at UC Santa Barbara, and a brief stint working in Washington D.C., she graduated mid-pandemic feeling disillusioned, burned out, and stressed beyond belief.

Through various synchronistic and divine interventions, she discovered the world of natural dye during quarantine and embarked on an immersive exploration into herbalism, which led me to enroll into herbal school with Artemisia Academy shortly after.

With the launch of the Blue Hour traveling ApoTEAcary, she is on a mission to help other Angelenos connect with nature in a new way despite our fast-paced urban environment.
Limited amount of sponsored spots.
