Join us to visit the new exhibition by artist Simone Leigh and accompany our visit with an activity with 3 Lines Collective.

This traveling exhibition, organized by the Institute of Contemporary Art/Boston (ICA) and co-presented in Los Angeles by the California African American Museum (CAAM) and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), is the first comprehensive survey of this celebrated artist's richly layered work.
3 LINES COLLECTIVE
The 3 Lines Collective is a proud Black-owned community-based organization whose mission is to uplift marginalized communities through Improv and Creative Writing classes, books we’ve created, and events that directly serve our community. We believe the skills learned in our classes help individuals better connect with themselves and the world around them.
We will have an Improv class as a form of art therapy in conversation with Simone Leigh's artwork. This will help us build confidence, empathy, social & emotional learning, collaboration, social awareness, and responsible decision-making. This workshop will be a great way to express yourself and practice social skills in a fun and safe environment.
