Come join us on July 28th. Compton Girls Club will be taking part in The South LA Wellness Tour sponsored by Adidas.
This is a 7-day event that will provide free mindfulness, self-care, yoga and other wellness activities free to participants within South LA. It' is a truly unique and monumental event.
We will be taking part in day 5 which will be a workshop led by "Let.Give" entitled Let's.Love Ourselves , which will be a youth-centered interactive workshop that will focus on how to empower yourself to practice self-love and self-care.
The workshop will be from 11 AM - 1 PM
Please dress comfortably. There will be a limited number of yoga mats, so bring one if you have one.
