A delicious evening with Chef Ollie George

This week we enjoyed a lesson from Chef Ollie George. She taught us her Italian interpretation of the classic Macaroni and Cheese dish we all love. We also paired that with a tasty Fall salad with a citrus vinaigrette that we prepared from absolute scratch. The group was introduced to new (to some) ingredients such as pepidas, pomegranate seeds, and walnuts inside of a salad!
The group enjoyed themselves and of course, has a new dish or two to bring to the table this holiday!
Thank you Chef Ollie for your time and labor it was cool to see a chef who is a woman teach us these yummy dishes.
